- 4 Years (Basic Military Training & Technical Training at Cadets Training Wings – CTWs). On successful completion, engineering degree is awarded along with Permanent Commission as Lieutenant .
- Training is provided entirely at government expense. Cadets receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 56,100/- per month during the training phase.
